Return Policy
- Return Period: Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
